Modern renovations to the Central Park location enhance iconic, old-world details featuring original gold lighting fixtures and Carrara marble. It’s made with private selection, single barrel bourbon whiskey, made exclusively for the Ritz-Carlton, Central Park by Brooklyn’s own, Kings County Distillery. Truly, luxury in a glass. Guests of the hotel receive a complimentary cocktail during the Manhattan Minute Happy Hour from 5:15-5:30pm daily. Manhattan Minute
- 3 ounces Kings County Bourbon
- 1 ounce Carpano Antica
- 2 drops Old Fashioned Bitters
- 1 Filthy Cherry
- Add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir thoroughly
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with preserved cherry
