CIRE Travel President and founder Eric Hrubant was cited in a September 11th story by The Wall Streeet Journal. The Market Watch article highlighted changes in hotel room service as travelers look for healthier dining options on the road.

Some high-end hotel chains are partnering with local grocery stores to offer “brown bag” options to travelers looking for healthier choices.  Less fries, more fruit.  Greek yogurt instead of ice cream.  Sounds like a step in the right direction!
