March is here and we’re on the cusp of spring (or Mud Season if you live in Maine). Every new season brings a little change. Sometimes it is a small adjustment, and sometimes it is the kind that makes you pause and realize how far you have come.
When I started CIRE Travel in 2013, I had a simple idea: to build a relationship-driven, white-glove travel company that could hold its own against any in the industry. The goal was never to be the biggest agency out there. The goal was to be the one that paid attention to the details and truly took care of our clients.
Over the past decade plus, that idea has taken us further than I ever dreamed. What started as a small vision has grown into a $20MM+ agency with an incredible team of 12 who support luxury leisure travelers, corporate clients, and large-scale events worldwide. In other words, a dream come true.
Along the way, we have been lucky to work with some of the best partners in the industry. And sometimes in business, as in life, you find that the right partnerships tend to come back at just the right moment…
Which is why I am incredibly proud to share that CIRE Travel has rejoined Global Travel Collection (GTC), part of Internova Travel Group.
For those who know our history, this is not really a new affiliation. In many ways, it feels a bit like coming home.
The GTC family has always had a robust advisor community and extremely strong relationships across the travel industry. As CIRE has grown, it has become clear that being part of a large host agency with stronger partnerships and better support behind the scenes positions our team exceptionally well for the next stage of our business.
For our clients, it simply means even more access and resources…while the way we take care of you stays exactly the same.
I am so very grateful for how far we have come and excited for where we are headed next.
On that note, I’ve been working on a new project over the past year. A teaser: Later this year, we’ll be launching a curated destination experience division focused on my beloved hometown, Kennebunkport and its environs. I cannot wait to share more. Stay tuned!
