A Letter from CIRE Travel’s CEO-
Dear Friends of CIRE Travel,
I want to take a moment today to share CIRE’s standing operating procedure in light of recent events surrounding the coronavirus outbreak.
First and foremost, the personal safety of our valued clients is always our top concern. We care about you, your families, your employees, and your businesses. We are monitoring the current situation and get regular updates from the airlines, cruise operators, the State Department, the World Health Organization and the CDC. CIRE Travel is part of a multi-billion dollar consortia, First in Service Travel. First in Service Travel is our “muscle” should we ever need any special assistance to make sure our clients and our company are taken care of.
As always, we are keeping a close eye on all travel bookings. We always know where our travelers are, or are going, at any given moment. And, throughout all of this, we continue to see the big picture and lookout for your bottom line. Our professional agents use advanced systems that perform hourly checks searching for lower rates. If you booked a flight or hotel and the rates drop, we will book the lower rates and secure a refund or credit for you. If you decide to reschedule or change your travel plans, we are only an email or phone call away.
We hope the spread of the virus slows down quickly, that people get the treatment and care they require and that the current anxiety about travel dissipates soon, so we can all resume business as usual.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns. My direct office number is 212-339-2917 and my email address is Eric@CIREtravel.com. My team of travel experts and I are here to help in any way we can. Right now and as always, we are your allies.
