Happy New Year!
I hope you are sitting CIREside refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for 2026.
I have to admit, I’m not a New Year’s resolution kind of guy. I prefer to skip the rehearsal, take the bull by the horns, and jump straight into the opening scene focused, energized, and ready to go. That’s easy to do when January rolls out the red carpet for awards season and festival season madness.
Planning Your Awards Season Journey
Our CIRE team has been busy coordinating some serious logistical heavy lifting for clients attending the Golden Globes and the Critics’ Choice Awards. If you’ve seen our new Entertainment Travel page, you already know that we approach entertainment travel like a well-edited screenplay. Fast cuts. Tight timelines. Glam squads running on espresso. Every moving part is choreographed so that what feels impossible plays out effortlessly.
We focus on the details no one sees, but everyone feels. It’s a full-scale operation that takes a village to pull off and make it look effortless. Behind every smooth arrival and perfectly paced day is a team quietly managing the rhythm of the schedule. It is the little things that elevate the experience and keep the entire production running flawlessly and right on cue. That might mean slipping in a Pilates session or a private massage between fittings, arranging an IV vitamin drip so someone feels human again after a red-eye, or making sure there’s great coffee waiting somewhere better than the hotel lobby. It’s lining up smoothies for early call times, skipping the front desk entirely, and having doors open curbside the moment they arrive.
Movies, TV, Podcasts, Oh My!
While I may not be into resolutions, I am into lists. Here is what is coming up on the awards and festival docket. (If rooms are not booked for your upcoming events, the plot twist will not be a good one.)
- Sundance Film Festival
- Grammy Awards
- Bafta Awards
- Berlin International Film Awards
- South by Southwest
- Academy Awards
- Cannes Film Festival
Oh, and just to satisfy my OCD, before you kick off your 2026 adventures, make sure your passport is valid, your REAL ID is ready, and all travel documents are up to date. No last-minute off-script moments here, just smooth arrivals and perfectly timed journeys.
